SHIPPING

Within Europe, your order will be shipped by Austrian Post respectively one of its partner companies. Outside Europe, parcels will be sent by UPS. All deliveries are insured against theft and transport damage. Insurance coverage ends as soon as the shipment is delivered and consignee accepts consignment.

Please note that we are not able to deliver to mailboxes. Your order will be processed during our normal working hours, which are Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 1 pm (excluding legal holidays). Your goods will normally be ready for dispatch two days after receipt of your payment.

Differing Shipping Address

Would you like us to send your order to a delivery address abroad? As soon as the billing and delivery addresses differ, no automated processing via the shop can be carried out for reasons of customs and tax law. Please contact the go-e service team. The go-e staff will inform you about the legal framework and will be happy to organize the transport and billing for you!

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the target country and the weight of your consignment. Please find further information in the table below. The shipping costs for destinations outside of Europe will be calculated in the shopping cart.
